Don Kalkstein M.S., LPC, CMPC

Don Kalkstein is a respected name in professional sports and among elite high-performance athletes around the world.
With over 30 years of experience at the professional, Olympic, and collegiate levels, Don has provided mental skills training to some of the most accomplished athletes across a wide range of sports.

He currently serves as the Director of Mental Skills / Mental Health for the Dallas Mavericks and Advisor to Texas Rangers. Don is both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), bringing a rare blend of clinical expertise and performance-driven strategy.

Don is also the founder of "Think2win", a private consulting LLC dedicated to helping athletes, teams, coaches, and front offices maximize performance through customized mental skills training, leadership development, and wellness strategies. Through Think2win, 

In addition to his work with professional teams, Don serves as the Director of Mental Skills Training and an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology Department at Southern Methodist University (SMU).
